Angel Olsen was born in St. Louis Missouri and now resides in Asheville, North Carolina. Olsen released six albums to date The most recent album is Burn Your Fire for No Witness My Woman All Mirrors All new mess, and Big Time. My mother just has this capacity for children. (On her parents' daughter who served as her guardians from the time she was born and took care of her until she was three years old.due to our totally differing ages, I was more interested in what my parents were experiencing as kids. As a child, I imagined what it would have been like in the 30s and 50s. My Personal Life. Olsen was first exposed as gay on April 16th 2021. Olsen declared in 2022 Adele Thibodeaux, her partner of five years had left the relationship and she had been with long-time musician and acquaintance Meg Duffy since 2020. Olsen publicly announced she was coming out as gay at the beginning of 2021. Olsen is from a Missouri native who grew up singing in cafes. As a teenager, she began collaborating with other like-minded musicians. Olsen relocated to Chicago from California in the year 2006. In 2007 she joined Emmett Kelly's Cairo Gang. All Mirrors, her previous album released in 2019, was a mix of deep gothic synths and dark explorations into orchestral music. Big Time was the first Olsen's album in which she sang about the desire of lesbians. The album featured a lot of lesbians. Olsen resorted to a traditional music genre that has a long tradition. It's a good thing.
